Crusty skin

DS is 5 weeks old and has the lovely baby acne. I know this will go away but he's developed this crust on his outer earlobes. It's an orange/yellowish color, kind of like earwax. Is this normal? Should I call his dr? It doesn't seem to itch or bother him.

    Both my kids had that. My first child was way worse and it just cleared up on its own. Don't scrub it or pick it. You can put a little Aquaphor on it if you want. Pretty normal.
