things you wish you had done..

So I'm being induced on Thursday night, and while I am so ready to meet my baby girl, I can't help but feel a little sad. I'm a FTM and I feel like my pregnancy flew by. Is there anything that anyone did or wished they had done while still pregnant? Whether it be certain pictures or just anything in general...I only have a few days left and I want to make the most of it. Thanks guys

Just sleep. Sleep a lot...I miss sleep... (FYI my 2 year old is just getting over being sick, and I want to sleep...)

Can I ask why you're being induced? I was induced with my second pregnancy and that's probably the one thing I regret the most out of both my pregnancies. It was done unnecessarily and I wish I had the balls to say no when my dr pushed me into it. Some women don't care about how they go into their labor, but having experienced going into labor naturally and then forcing labor, I much prefer naturally. Such a better experience all around. Not to mention, less chance of a c section, which is always a plus!

Im in the same boat but am 29 weeks tomorrow. Can't wait to hear about your little one!

Go have a really nice, and long meal. Then go home, have sex and then just lounge around in bed. None of these things will be possible for a while after giving birth.

Also, write down how you are feeling right now. What are your thoughts about the pregnancy (how you thought it was gonna be vs how it was) and your anticipations for your baby girl?
Do you think she will have hair? What eye color? Who's nose/mouth/smile? After she is here you won't be able to imagine her any other way so if you want to do it, now is the time!

She decided to share why she's being induced but why ask this? Not really anyone's business.

OP I recommend you relax, sleep, eat lots of food, fold the baby clothes, sit in the nursery, just enjoy some quiet time while you can.

I wish I had more opportunities to sit alone with my belly and smile and fantasize about the future with the lovely baby. I love her so much even though I never met her... I want to just immerse myself in loving feelings. Unfortunately, pregnancy is filled with worry and anxiety and prep work and discomfort. I want to forget about all that and just enjoy this a little bit more.
