Hey all!! This is my first week taking over and I am out of town bumping from my mobile!! Please forgive me as I tried to get all the info updated and correct! Let me know if anything is wrong!
QOTW: what is the first thing you would grab if your house was burning down?
I guess I forgot to mention, due March 12. Ultrasound is in two days and I am terrified. I had another beta drawn 5w6d, and it was 25,580. So I think that's good, but I just can't help to expect something to be wrong.
Oh and I would definitely grab my daughter if the house was burning.
I used to say pictures, but all the important ones are saved online, so I guess my cell phone so I can contact everyone? There are no things I really care about so much that I would worry about them in a fire. I wear my grandmothers wedding band on a necklace, that is one of my most prized possesions.

Hello all - 1st u/s showed one bean with a strong heartbeat. Our 2nd u/s is scheduled for Friday and I'll be at 9 weeks. Super excited because we only made it to 6.5 weeks before our loss last time. I'm feeling nauseated in the morning but never actually get sick and I'm still feeling exhausted most of the time but it's all worth it.
QOTW: I'd grab both of our dogs. I don't know what I'd do without them. They're like our first children.
13w today, saw perinatologist for the first time and babies are still cooking nicely. He had a little concern on Baby B- something about density/thickness at the back of the neck. Did the MaterniT21 test and will await results. I don't think I will risk an amnio. Will be scheduled for a cerclage sometime soon. Ate and (so far, fingers X) kept down Mexican food today! Weight is stable and I am hydrating on my own still!
QOTW: Just the kid. I can't think of anything material. Most things I have are replaceable.
Hi all! My 1st ultrasound last week (at almost 6 weeks) was good all parts are there (gestational sac, yolk sac, and fetal pole). Due date is officially March 11th. Tech said it was too early to see the heartbeat but then a faint flicker showed up! Such a relief. I think finally today I'm starting to have nausea...was kinda worried since I haven't had any symptoms really so far (no sore boobs, cramps, etc). Next ultrasound is next Tuesday then my RE is releasing me to an OB.
Qotw: The Only thing I would care about getting in a fire is my dog!! Love her so much, she is my first baby
Hi Ladies! I have officially graduated to a regular OB and I go in on Friday for the 1 trimester BUN testing u/s. It's so exciting having u/s done and I get to see the LO. Now that I am 12 weeks I have let the cat out of the bag at work
I have to tell you I love coming to this board hearing all the awesome updates!!!!
QOTW: As long as my loved ones, this includes my furry children, are out and safe there is no reason for me to risk going back in the house. Yes I would be very sad that I had lost a few things that are special to me but at least my family and I are still alive!
So ladies are you gonna find out the gender of your baby or I should say babies for some of you?
The hubby and I are waiting until the little one is here to find out. Our number one reason we are waiting to find out is because it's not to often that either of us are truly surprised by things anymore let alone being surprised together. This is going to be the biggest surprise by far! This will also be such a special moment that just him and I will get to cherish forever! I can say this though that the anticipation is already killing me LOL. I know he really wants a little boy for the first but already said he will be head over heels in love if we have a little girl. Just like everyone here our true wish now is the he or she comes out healthy!
@shelly333 I would love to wait until birth, that was our initial plan. But finding out it's triplets was surprise enough, I feel the urgency to know sexes and be prepared!
@Kelley421 OMG I would be stressed for you if you weren't finding out!!!
@shelly333 more power to you! I couldn't do it and I can't even wait to do a fancy gender reveal! I want to know as soon as the u/s tech knows!! Plus I am an interior designer and I can't wait to decorate using their gender and name!

So far this week we've had the nuchal trans screening tests and u/s done. The scan showed normal...and we received an "educated guess" as a boy! We will hear back about the b/w in about a week, hoping for the best!
We are super excited either way but I have heard the nuchal u/s are pretty accurate, but to actually see the development and the little fingers and toes and head was...pretty surreal.
QOTW...my dogs and cat. Those furballs are a huge part of my life.
Hi there. My morning sickness seems to be gone and my bowels are back to normal. I'm still tired, but not as flat out exhausted as I was. I'm 12 weeks and going in for the unchallenged screen this afternoon. I hope everything goes well.
I've been in a fire situation where we've had to evacuate. Yes, grab your kids and pets, but please remember to be prepared before hand. I can't tell you how many neighbors were running around panicked not knowing what to do. Sometimes, they evacuate your neighborhood while you're at work. Don't forget to have a neighbor who can gather your pets - they don't let you back in because you forgot something! And scan your important documents and save a copy off site.
