I have the most excruciating pain in my pelvis , sometimes I can't even walk . Nothing helps and my doctor said it will just get worse before the baby comes . Has anyone found relief?

I feel your pain!!! It's so awful! Especially after laying down for a while or trying to put bottoms on. I've tried stretching, sitting differently, moving more. Nothing helps!

Warm baths always helped me.

Mine was bad like that two weeks ago. Keeping my legs together while getting up and sitting helped me and using pillows. Warm baths also helped me a little.
