Chinese Sex Predictor was correct this time!

Well it appears the Chinese sex calendar was correct the second time. We are having a little girl. DS was a girl according to the calendar last time.

Was is correct for any of y'all? Or was it incorrect?

It was correct with my first son, but I'm not sure whether this little guy was conceived at the end of March or the beginning of April so I can't say for sure if it was right (one said boy and the other said girl).

It's was correct for me! And the ultrasound place that determined we're having a boy said they ask all their clients about their Chinese gender calendar predictions and they find that it's correct about 90% of the time. So weird!

Mine was correct the first time but wrong this time. Although I'm asking the ultrasound technician to check again at our next ultrasound.

It was a girl if I used my lmp date and a boy if I used the estimated conception date by my OB, which was 2 weeks ahead of my lmp. Baby measures two weeks behind in growth if we go by my lmp and he is definitely a boy. So maybe those doctors know what they're talking about sometimes

The Chinese predictor test is fun to use and bound to have 50/50 odds, right? Lol

It was correct for me as was my fortune cookie from pei wei. As others have said, it's a 50/50 chance!

The Chinese predictor drives me a little crazy since it has to do with maternal age and we know gender is determined by the sperm.

@Jenichael1217 even though sex is determined by sperm I've heard that the woman's vaginal environment can actually affect what is conceived too. Like if the vagina is too acidic more of the Y sperms will die because they're weaker. I even heard that seasons and what you are eating can sway sex in one way or the other because it's changing the chemical levels in your vagina making one kind of sperm more likely to survive over the other.

Not sure if there have been many studies done on this but it is interesting nonetheless!

It was correct for me. Having a girl. The tech said that out of all the gender prediction techniques, this one has the highest rate of accuracy. Obviously not perfect but I can see just by this post that In most cases it is.

Mine was incorrect.. I tried multiple websites they all said boy, even baking soda test said boy.. Also my symptoms led to boy but she's a girl! :-?

Also, when I see a thread that deals with Chinese prediction it makes me think of Chinese food. Severely craving general tsos chicken and egg rolls.
