any help

in August 2015 Moms
Hi all i am 34 weeks 2 days pregnant (thus is my 1st pregnancy) last few days- a week my underwear seems to always be wet and has a weird smell . Does anyone know if this is normal/does anyone know what it is? Also having some yellow sticky stuff now and then as well. Any help would be gratful .thankyou

    I mentioned this to a midwife awhile back who dismissed it as "normal discharge". It continued and I just kept believing it was discharge but with a yanking thought in the back of my mind that it wasn't normal. The next appointment I asked to be tested for BV, turns out it wasn't but it WAS a slight yeast infection. They prescribed Monistat 7 day and the smell and discharge have significantly improved (yeast infection cleared up). Go with your gut and call your doctor to get a culture tested. I had no other signs of a yeast infection (burning, itching, etc) so just make sure they test you for it.

    Could be normal discharge or it could be a yeast infection. It might be worth some clarification from your doctor. I'd call.

    I had similar issues and was suspicious that it could be amniotic fluid leaking. I went to the doctor to get it checked out but it was just normal discharge. Schedule a visit with your doctor if you are concerned so you can make sure there is nothing wrong.

    Im with everyone else a call wont hurt and if it is a yeast infection it can be easily fixed rather than wondering everyday if its normal or not.

    I've had the wet panty thing and I honestly think it's sweat. If I'm home and not doing much I don't have it, if I'm out and about my undies are always soaking wet. It's gross but I forget to bring liners with me.
