    I managed to get in a lot of walking despite being on vacation.

    Strugglemuffin of the week: (Just because we know... doesn't mean we do)
    I ate terribly, French fries, ice cream, Chinese food. It was bad. It doesn't help that we were out all day everyday doing different activities and I needed to eat constantly to ease the M/S.

    Most useful piece of knowledge, motivation, etc.: (Share a tidbit, website, article, recipe etc)
    Going grocery shopping today, buying only healthy stuff. Also going to meal prep for the week (grill and shred chicken, pre chop veggies etc)

    Targets for the next week (applicable to you): (Pick one or all of the following)

    Diet/food/nutrition: turning a new leaf today. I am determined to make this a healthier pregnancy than last time. Now that vacation is over time to focus on health.
    Exercise/movement: mild to moderate exercise 1/day, at least 30 min
    Mindfulness/spirituality: summer break so planning to spend quality time with ds.
    Organization/life: unpack and catch up on cleaning now that we are home.

  • Win of the week: (Big or small what was a positive you want your gold sticker for) - Getting up in the morning and coming to work when I just want to be in bed all day.  J/K.  Actually doing something for my anniversary and just enjoying my husband.  It was nice to get away from our two kids and remembering just being a couple.  Sometimes it's hard to do when you're so used to being mom and dad.

    Strugglemuffin of the week: (Just because we know... doesn't mean we do) - Getting out of bed in the morning.  This exhaustion is unreal.

    Most useful piece of knowledge, motivation, etc.: (Share a tidbit, website, article, recipe etc) - That ticker change on Wednesday means I'm over halfway through 1st trimester and the end of the awful symptoms is hopefully in sight.

    Exercise/movement:  Actually crack open the new fitness DVD I bought instead of being a slug, although being a slug is appealing right now.

    I ordered myself a pizza last night because it's the only thing that didn't make me want to puke.

    Even if you've struggled in the past, now is the perfect time to develop healthy habits, like getting all your water in! Drink up, ladies!

    Diet/food/nutrition: Healthy choices, at least 80% of the time.
    Exercise/movement: I'm trying to maintain by weight lifting and cardio.
    Mindfulness/spirituality:
    Organization/life: I need to file away paperwork from the last month. I HATE filing!

    Win of the week: I did not gain weight!  Woot!  

    Strugglemuffin of the week: My energy was zapped due to a bad stomach bug.  

    Most useful piece of knowledge, motivation, etc.: idk... looking to you all for advice/motivation.

    Diet/food/nutrition: eat more veggies and fruit, maintain weight 
    Exercise/movement: keep moving
    Mindfulness/spirituality: stay calm, be in the moment

    Win of the week: Though I need tone better, I got three good walks in this week. I am shooting for at least 5 exercises a week to keep my weight and potential GD in check.

    Strugglemuffin of the week: I'm having lots of bad cravings and I've given into most of them! I definitely need to work on eating better.

    Most useful piece of knowledge, motivation, etc.: I like to track my workouts with the Runkeeper app.

    Diet/food/nutrition: Avoid cravings!
    Exercise/movement: 5 workouts a week when possible!
    Mindfulness/spirituality: Write in my journal
  • Win of the week: I was super healthy all weekend! So far Monday's off to a great start!

    Strugglemuffin of the week: my husband is the type who can eat whatever he wants...it makes meal planning difficult because I'm trying to stay away from the processed boxed/frozen foods.

    Most useful piece of knowledge, motivation, etc.: prep is key! When I've got all my veggies cut and ready I can grab them for a quick snack instead of chips!

    Targets for the next week (applicable to you):

    Diet/food/nutrition: paleo-ish in my food intake, but will eat whenever I'm hungry, no restriction on the amount of food I eat.
    Exercise/movement: I'm going for a run today.
    Mindfulness/spirituality: keeping up with my Jesus Calling and Bible readings.
    Organization/life: eeek, starting to get my mind ready for back to school! (I'm a teacher.)

  • Win of the week: (Big or small what was a positive you want your gold sticker for) Making it through a road trip with 2 8-hour drives!

    Strugglemuffin of the week: (Just because we know... doesn't mean we do) Trying to keep up my energy (I work from 11:30am to 10:30pm, and I just want to lay on the couch after 7:30 or so), but the struggle is real.

    Most useful piece of knowledge, motivation, etc.: (Share a tidbit, website, article, recipe etc) Skinnytaste.com is great! However, the thought of any food is currently making me nauseous.

    Targets for the next week (applicable to you): (Pick one or all of the following)

    Diet/food/nutrition: Plan ahead / eat small snacks and meals throughout the day
    Exercise/movement: Gym at least 2 times a week, walks on the other days
    Mindfulness/spirituality: Being present / in the moment
    Organization/life: Unpacking would be a good start. :)

    My fiance is into paleo (I was a bikini competitor, so I ate healthy, just didn't follow paleo), anyway, when we're joking around, he always says "would a caveman eat this?? Heck yah, a caveman would have eaten ice cream if he'd had the chance, so I'm calling it basically paleo!" :D So, by that logic, I think you're ice cream is totally legit! :):)
