NPR...so emotional!

My "baby" turned 3 today. I am spending my day crying in bed while she gets to hang out with daddy. She wanted to go to the auction barn, so they are loading up calves and going up there to watch people unload calves for the auction tomorrow. Yes...she is doing this in the dress she is wearing, because that is her "birthday" dress she wanted. I'm gonna go be all emotional now...

My son turned 3 last week. It was so much harder for me than 1 or 2....3 just sounds closer to a little boy than a toddler. I am sure she understands you want to be up playing with her but can't. Once she gets home matbe she can come spend time with you!

awww, congrats on Isabella turning 3! My "baby" at home is 3 years and 3 months old and it is killing me that she seems so grown up. She can do so many things independently (and demands that she does it herself) and she will be starting preschool next month. Makes me remember that we must enjoy every minute :-) They grow too fast!
