Re: Testing positive for strep B
My biggest concern this time around is a fast labor and not being able to receive any or the adequate amount of antibiotics. I was at the hospital less than two hours before my second child was born. Had no idea I was in active labor. With this one, I dreamed of another med-free delivery (thus no IVs to worry about) where I went in a little late and had her quickly like I did with my second. So this throws a wrench in things, but after logging off google I told myself I will listen to my body and go when I need to, and that it should more than likely work out just fine. I should know by now not to make a plan.
DItto, only a now 3 year old! It is very common and NBD as long as it is diagnosed and you receive antibiotics during delivery.
