Hives or Acne?

NJ How can you distinguish between them?

My son is 5 months old, ebf. He had had and in the past, but this is different... Small and covers his face. Not on his chest, but is tiny bit on his arms like a heat rash. No indication he is uncomfortable.

ETA In case anyone was following for a similar question: I decided it was a rash from his spit.

    This is what i have been battling with,my LO is 4months today and he has this rashes on his face now it has spread to to his back ,laps and arms,took him to see ped.on tuesday he asked if i introduced anything new to him i said "no".

    My 8yr old was diagnosed with hives at 4. They look like mosquito bites. Glad you figured out it was the spit causing it.
