I have had one for two years prior to getting pregnant. I started seeing a chirporacter and it has drastically improved. I started off going twice a week, then once, and now I only go once a month. I would try one if it still bothers you. They can give you streches to do at home also.
I have chronic sciatica and have noticed it flaring up lately - it gets pretty bad sometimes. Going to a chiropractor can help a lot. You can also Google sciatica stretches - there are a few you can do that can give you pretty great relief - I find if I do them consistently, my symptoms subside over time and I get sciatica less often. I've found the key for me is to stick with it, even when I go a good while without any symtpoms. I hope you can find some relief, cause it sucks!!
My pelvis and tailbone have been in terrible pain for the past couple weeks. Don't know if that's also pregnancy related. Seems to early for that to be happening.
I get horrible butt pains that hurt so bad when I'm walking causing me to wobble as I walk . Sometimes I wake up with my leg numb and it's just painful . Should try to see a chiropractor for that because it can only get worse
I just started experiencing this last week when I hit second tri. I have seen a chiro once so far, so it hasn't helped much yet, but I am hopeful.
I also plan on looking up some stretches, as my lower back always feels so tight! I popped early, so I think I am tilting because I am not used to the new shape yet.
Always looking for more advice though!

Mine hasn't bothered me for months, and it just started acted up again. Pigeon pose helps me a ton! It hurts like hell at first, but I just try to relax into it and stay there for 5 minutes on each side. Then I'm good for the rest of the day. I try to avoid lifting/pushing any thing heavy, and I avoid hard chairs.
So, I'm glad someone posted this. I went to my primary today because I'm in so much pain, that when it brought me to tears I knew I had to go in. They tried to tell me it could be stretching ligaments, but that would throb. I honestly think they just wanted to leave for the day.
But I can handle things like that--I have a pretty high tolerance for pain (pre-having a baby). This is searing pain, in my lower back into my butt and left leg. My husband seriously had to help me sit up if he's around if I'm laying flat on my back. After looking up my symptoms I thought it could be sciatica...thoughts?
I'm not sure I have this pain but sometimes I get like a sharp pain in my butt cheek like one at a time it's never both at the same time like if I'm about to get up but it doesn't go down my leg like it stops right at the top. I'm not sure if it's the pain yall speak of or just something along with the other pregnancy pains
I experienced a similar pain, but it was just in my butt and didn't extend down through my leg so doesn't quite fit the description of sciatica, mine seems to be perform is syndrome which is to do with the perform is muscle (located in the butt near tailbone and right next to the sciatic nerve). Pigeon pose really helps with this pain, but in itself is now a bit painful to do.
