Not sure what to think??

Hi everyone,
I'm currently 7 weeks pregnant and due on the 6th of March. I had a blood test 2 weeks ago and my HCG results were 500 which was okay for 5 weeks. I had another blood test yesterday as my doctor recommended me to get one to check that my levels would keep rising. I just got my results and they are only 760 and the doctor said to prepare myself for a misscarriage as this is not normal.
She scheduled me in for an ultrasound on Monday and I'm so scared to see what is going on.
I am just wondering if there is anyone else who has experienced this and if so were you still successful?
I'm hoping it's going to be all okay, this will be my 2nd misscarriage this year otherwise and I'm starting to think there might be something wrong.

    Miscarriage at 8 weeks
    FET December 15th 2015--- BFP!
    First saw  at 6w4d
    It's a boy!

    DD born 2/22/12

    TTC # 2 since 7/12

    DX- PCOS. Currently upping Metformin dosage and preparing to meet with RE 9/5/13.

    Ist medicated cycle September 2013-BFN

    1st IUI November 2013-BFP Chemical Pregnancy

    2nd IUI December 2013-BFN

    3rd IUI January 2014-BFP! Due 10/31/2014

    Thinking of you. I am one day behind you with an HCG of over 56,000 from 4 days ago. All will work out for you in the end and you will get that beautiful child.

    @megsyyx don't panic and stay calm jut at first weeks it doubles at 42 hours than it is normal to increase about %30 per day you already passed the first weeks so I guess nothing to worry about, don't stick with the blood test that much ultrasound will show you gestational and yolk sac at least, then you will have 1/2 weeks to see the embryo and the heartbeat, I don't know if your doc will use vaginal or abdominal ultrasound but with abdominal it is normal to hear heartbeat till 9w. And don't forget that maybe you miscalculate it for example maybe you are not 7w just 5w, it happened to me and lots of people LMP don't work all the time because of every women have a different cycle mine is not 28 for example, I ovulate late so i am almost 5 instead of 7 but if I stick with the 7w symptoms I would go crazy. Just sleep peaceful and wish the best stay positive everything is gonna be alright, it s always nice to visit other docs while you are in a serious condition, after they heard the heartbeat they told to my friend that they need to take the baby because he or she is not located well and otherwise she will loose her baby but nothing happened and she didn't want such a thing and now she is at her 37w :) so don't worry docs sometimes make mistakes miscalculations and wrong comments.
