Hey! I am 38+5 and baby girl has been breech for 3 months. I tried at home natural ways to turn baby but shes just snug up in my ribs so my CS is scheduled for this Monday @ 39weeks!
Heya guys! I'm in the same boat. Bubs been breech the whole time. I tried a whole bunch of natural methods as well and opted out of the ECV/Turning procedure my C-Section is booked for 28th July. I won't lie. I'm pretty freaked out about it. A C-Section was the last thing that I ever wanted to do.
I've heard encouraging stories of babies that have turned at the last moment/even during labour...but I'm too worried about the cord prolapsing to give bubba a go at turning during labour unless she miraculously turns between now and the Section.

Hey! Baby is frank breech for me as well. I did the ECV on Tuesday and it didn't work. I was so upset it didn't work and that I would have to have a C section but I've come to terms with it now and it doesn't bother me at all. All that really matters is that LO is healthy. Im booked for a CS on the 27th and I can't wait to meet her! I have heard many stories where the baby turns last minute. Especially when mom goes into labour.
My babe was breech from week 32 until 38. I did absolutely everything that could be done at home to try and turn him. I spent almost 2 hours a day in the pool doing handstands and dives. Nothing worked. I also couldn't schedule to see an acupuncturist or a chiropractor due to my work schedule. I had an ECV done last monday. It worked and he has remained head down since. For the mommas that opted out of it, know that it was painful. They had to try twice with me. The original direction they thought he would roll didn't work out, so after a break(for me) they attempted the opposite direction. Choosing not to/to do it wasn't a bad choice. It was just a personal one. I felt I had to at least try so that if I did end up with a CS I knew I had exhausted all possibilities. It was probably more so out of fear of the CS than anything else. It is also very true that babies can turn all the way until the end. There is nothing wrong with holding out hope.
My LO is breech too. I decided against the turning procedure. I know that it's painful and often unsuccessful. She could still turn, but my CS is scheduled for the 24th.
My last pregnancy, baby breeched herself right at the end, she was head down almost the entire pregnancy. I tried a bunch of different methods but the one that I think worked was putting a bag of ice where her head was, no one likes a cold melon, haha. the next day I went into labor and rushed to the hospital to see if she had turned head down and she did! Had a successful vaginal birth. I think as long as baby at some point was head down there's a good chance you can get them back in that position. Good luck!
