Restless legs....

Hi everyone! I'm 20w3days and all is well and doing great. I have a question though..... Does anyone else get restless legs at night and if so what and how can I make it not as bad or tricks to helping it?? I eat bananas, I drink pickle juice, I drink tons of water.... I just am kind of at a stand still with ideas!

  • I have the same problem at night. I usually take a warm bath or use a heating pad on them before I go to sleep. It relaxes the muscles and makes me fall asleep quick. I would definitely recommend trying it.

  • Yeh its crap. I agree i sometimes get up an have a shower if its bad or cant sleep. Bath or shower straight before bed. I walk everyday and try and stretch my legs and hips at night. I think it helps but i still twitch alot.
  • I'm only 14 weeks pregnant and I've been having RLS since 6 weeks!! I heard sleeping with a bar of soap beneath your feet helps and also magnesium oil that you rub on your legs before bed. I'll be trying both!
