I am so very sorry for the both of you and anyone else who may have or develope PUPPPs. It is a bitch!! I had it when I was pregnant with my son and I about lost my marbles. Anytime I have a slight itch on my belly now I get paranoid but knock on wood no rash has developed and will hopefully stay that way. I feel your pain though!
yes, I have it on my arms, legs, back , neck and chest. I bought some pine tar neem oil soal from whole foods and it helps with the itching. I also used gold lotion as well.

^This. I had it with my first & am terrified every time I think I feel the slightest itch. Nothing "works" but what helped last time: Pine tar soap in cool shower, a paste of ground oatmeal applied 2-3 times per day, dandelion root tea, LOTS of water & staying cool, diaper rash cream on the worst areas, and vitamin e lotion to cool parts of the itch.
I just got PUPPPs last week. Hydrocortisone cream and grandpas pine tar soap has been making the itch just bearable. I also got one of those cold compress gel packs. I am one of the very VERY rare people who has it on her fACE. Shoot me now. Not even in third trimester yet
I have it too! I've noticed that Benadryl at night with some calamine lotion does the trick. At first my boobs were the main concern and they were terribly inflamed, but then it spread to my entire belly. After using both remedies, the pupps is practically gone off of my breasts but I'm still dealing with it on certain parts of my belly!
@aliciajmotsiff I'm assuming you mean the pill Benadryl. But I just want to warn anyone who uses Benadryl CREAM to help the itch. I did... And ended up with a SECOND rash... Very red, very angry, very painful. Apparently Benadryl cream is known to cause that... I had no idea. Just wanted to put it out there before it happens to someone else!
Re: PUPPP Rash
So sorry. Hang in there!
