3.5 Year Old

My son is 3.5 and has never gone to a daycare/preschool. 
My dad retired shortly after I had my son and has been watching him while I work since then. I love that my dad and my son spend so much time together but lately I've been noticing he is kind of awkward around other kids, not sharing well, playing by himself, pretty much only child syndrome lol.
So for this fall I am thinking about sending him a couple days a week for half days, think this will help? Or should I just sign him up for group classes and not even worry about it?

    I think it would definitely help, probably just not used to being around kids his own age. 
    We've used peer pressure in a very positive way with being around kids their own age.

    It will help. I had a similar issue. My twins just started preschool in September after being home with grandma first few years. I've noticed a big difference with other kids at the park etc...
