So itchy!!

Is anyone else having major belly itching?! I'm almost 20 weeks and around my belly button ha started to itch like crazy the past couple of days!! Nothing gets rid of it. I put my belly stuff on there but still itch like crazy. Any suggestions?

I am super itchy also. Around my belly and boobs. Its from the skin streching so i dont think there is to much you can do about it.

I figured that was why. I just can't stand the itching! It's constant just around my belly button

As previous poster said this is due to stretching of your skin, have you tried rubbing oil on your belly and breast? You can use coconut oil or some other oil made specially for pregnancy. I like basq oil which absorbs quickly and doesn't leave the oily sensation residue.

ETA: also don't scratch! It can leave marks on your skin, always rub in circles for relief

Yes I've used oils as well. I know it's due to stretching I just wasn't sure if there was something I wasn't doing that could help. Thanks for the info

Yep its the skin stretching, the boobs might have the sensation too. I had it with my last pregnancy as well. I've been using almond oil it really helps, I mix it with my Aveeno eczema therapy lotion.
