I had cereal for breakfast... I didn't even eat the milk besides what was soaked into my cereal and I'm pretty sure I just shot my whole day in the butt! I officially already can't drink milk :-S Almond milk it is again then!
I am so tired of peeing every two hours all night long, I just want to STTN before I have a baby who refuses to. Funny story, when John was a newborn and wouldn't sleep through the night I would bump on his BMB and talk about ideas with my DH. He picked up the STTN acronym and will now jokingly ask me in the morning, "so honey did you STTN last night."
I went to my OB one time and got a bill in the mail yesterday. I opened it expecting a bill from the one visit. I quickly looked at the dollar amount and almost had a heart attack, it was around $1000 more than I was expecting. I quickly read through the entire paper and realized they were breaking down the entire cost of my pregnancy care and had a nice letter explaining the expectations and what it meant. I'm glad to get this information early but geez that was a scare at first.

I puked too this morning. But in happy news, I am going wedding dress and bridesmaid dress shopping today. Hopefully I don't puke all over the white dresses. Thank goodness for Preggie Pops.
I think i have a cold, which sucks b/c I can't really take anything. So i'm just glad it's Friday. Hopefully i can get some rest this weekend. Oh and my daycare told me this morning that they're closing...so i'm sad about that. Gotta get on it and find a new one i suppose
From weeks 7-8 I felt awful. So nauseaous and would get sick. Since at about week 8 i started gradually feeling better. Still tired and kinda sensitive to certain foods/smells but the nausea isnt nearly as bad. Is it too early for these symptoms to go away? I'm kinda nervous something isn't right... I don't want to complain that I feel better, but I figured I would be weeks until I did. Thoughts?

Nope, same here. My food aversions and queasiness seem to have started getting better. I am still really sleepy but I am getting burst of energy and odd times. No worries darlin.. your on the uphill!
I think I might be coming out of the woods on this constant nausea *knocks in wood*. I'm really trying to eat better since my midwife is keeping tabs on my diet. I've found that when I force a healthy meal as apposed to the junk food that is the only thing that sounds good, I feel a whole lot better in the end. Also water has never tasted so good. Oh! This acne is the worst! I haven't looked like this in years. I haven't put more than a tinted moisturizer on my skin in years and sometimes not even that. Now I need to find something a little better. I'm not trying to look like I'm in middler school while I'm 26 years old lol. I had awesome skin with my daughter but this baby not so much lol

Thanks! This is my seconds and I was sick for so long with my first. It just seems to good to be true! Lol Thanks for the encouragement:)
I think I've got pregnancy rhinitis. @purplepenguin3 you might too (or you might just have the common cold, sorry). I'm sneezing and sniffling and congested, but there's just clear or white mucus. I'm just waiting for the death threats to pour in from my coworkers. They don't know I'm pregnant yet and keep shooting me daggers when I sneeze, and I'm sure they think I'm up in here infecting the office with all my cold cooties.
I am 9w today and other than incredible waves of exhaustion, I feel pretty great! Boobs are sore on and off, but still no MS.
I had a slight bit of spotting early this week and my midwife didn't think it was cause for concern, so she didn't order a US. I, of course, took it upon myself to get a private one done last night and I saw the baby's heart beating strong at 179 BPM. The technician told me I have an excess of amniotic fluid, which obviously sent me into a panic, so I phoned my midwife this morning. She said that was a really odd statement for the technician to make, and that the techs at 3D US clinics don't have the same training as those in medical diagnostic centers. That was relieving to hear. Has anyone ever been told that so early in their pregnancy? It seems most common in third trimester, and sometimes second, but I don't see anything about it in first.
I can't sleep!!! I go to sleep about 2am and wake up every hour until about 6 when I fully wake up. I'm having a hard time functioning at work and I'm grumpy and feel horrible. I lay there and am almost asleep, but it's like my mind won't take that last step and let me fall fully asleep. Is that what insomnia is? Any advice?
i have like no appetite today but am forcing myself to eat some toast and yogurt. i can feel my tummy growling but the second i start chewing i want to puke. it's super annoying being hungry and not hungry at the same time. I'm so over this first trimester stuff!
@acuteangles no i think it's really a cold. My throat is kind of sore...it's really pretty sucky. Plus my DD had a fever the other day and i'm starting to feel a bit more drained and feverish. So i'm going to have to take it easy this weekend i think. She's doing better though so i hope this is only a couple day long bug. I do know what you're talking about though and i did have that with both of my other pregnancies, but i don't remember it being this early. It's not impossible though i'm sure. I hope that's all you have!
Had all of the warning signs my RE told me to watch out for - bright red blood, cramping, passing tissue. Called him and 2 hours later, no return phone call. I consulted with a nurse at work and went to the ED on her advice. Three and half hours later, DH and I learned our little one is still hanging in there and has now grown to 12w0d instead of 11w3d. No one seems to be able to figure out what's up with the bleeding and tissue - but I'm still pregnant for today and I guess that's all hat really matters.
Today is DH's bday - so I'm even more thankful everything is okay!
I feel like I'm getting lock jaw(TMJ) I have never had this problem before and I'm not sure if it is even associated with pregnancy. My jaws HURT!! Especially when I open my mouth wide, like to yawn. (That happens a lot nowadays lol) does or has anyone else ever have this problem?
@LisaKimble01 - a few months ago I had a few days where I couldn't chew or open my mouth very wide. It felt like the right side of my jaw needed to pop so bad. My jaws pop all the time haha. Ice it! I made a dentist appt but it went away so I never went. Meh. Maybe see your dentist! It sucked so bad. Hope it gets better soon!
Edit: this was before I was pregnant so not related for me!
