I'm with you, breakfast I'm good and the rest of the day I don't feel like it. Try to get some small meals in, a good smoothie, kind bar, Lara bar, nuts, yogurt, seeds, definitely get more protein and veggies in when you feel like it.Try for something every 4 hours or so. I hope that helps a little!
Are you struggling to eat bc of nausea, or getting really busy and forgetting, or a history of eating problems? I had a hard time eating with my last baby bc of nausea; I could only eat tiny bits here and there - some crackers (I liked cheezit), plain yogurt with some ginger and cinnamon in it (not my fave but I managed to get it down), some eggs for protein, avocado, and mills wafers. It was so hard to drink too, bc water made me feel super sick. I found that if I let myself get hungry at all things were even worse (and fast), so I tried to keep the crackers around to eat quickly until I could get to something more substantial. I'd also nibble on protein bars when I could stand it. Around 18wks it got better.

I feel the same way. Nothing sounds good and I force myself to eat even small meals. I'm not really nauseous, just loss of appetite? Breakfast I can usually muster a bowl of Cheerios with banana. But the other day even the banana made me gag. I force myself to eat apple slices and string cheese as a snack at least once a day. And then of course lunch and dinner I manage to choke down. I'm a first time mom so I have no clue if this is normal.
Eat what you want to eat... I need to keep things little otherwise I get this horrible feeling after. (I TM my BFF last night that I put a mexican food baby on top of the real baby and they were not getting along!)
Right now I am all about the meat and fat... little desire for sweets or carbs unless they are plain (like a baked potato and rice). I figure if thats what I want I will eat it and eat until full but not too full.

Just loss of appetite everything I put in my mouth I gag I'm feeling a little sick but nothing bad I'm just drinking lots of water, I just can't stomach anything I had an early scan yesterday they found sack but a little early yet I have a little bit of bleeding behide sack aswell got to go back in two weeks
I am right there with you. All I can really muster to eat are bagels, raisin bread and grilled cheese. I used to eat a couple of avacados a day, and I can't even look at them without gagging.
I'm in the same boat. Last week I felt super hungry but towards the end of the week I have noticed I am more forcing myself to eat. I seem to enjoy hummus and pretzels together so if all else fails I grab those and some sort of fruit. Hopefully things change soon, bc my loss of appetite also makes me cranky
I am the same way. I've had no appetite for 2 weeks now and have to force myself to eat. This week just the thought of drinking water or drinking it makes me sick. The past 2 days morning sickness has started and made things even worse with me getting sick about 30 mins after I eat a small meal.
Same boat, starving but everything is just gross, especially chicken. For dinner I ate 5 pieces of toast and doriotos so...... just glad I don't have morning sickness (yet).
Same here although feeling hungry, I can not eat anything. One thing sounds good for a second but the next second it hurts my stomach even to think about it. I feel nauseous all day long for about a week now. It's not fun
