I used Google to find local companies that rent out birthing equipment for home births, like birthing pools, squat bars etc. Maybe try Googling 'birthing equipment rental' or something similar.
Alternatively you could make one. Get 2 wooden stool from a yard sale or junk shop, nail a piece of wood between them and cover it in a pool noodle.
Im not sure that you can purchase one...apparently its attaches to the bed in the hospital...you might want to try a birthing ball/yoga ball..thats the only thing that comes to mind
