Bed rest for PTL

Hi! Just wanted to connect as I am officially on bed rest.... Currently 30w4d - and have been high risk since the beginning and on progesterone suppositories since 16 weeks due to Premature birth with my first. Tuesday I saw the regular OB And it seems I have started dilating. Just 1cm at this point, but she called my perinatologist and the agreed- steroid shots and bed rest. Saw the perinatologist today and he said I was holding at 1cm , but wants to speak again on Friday. We've set a day-by-day plan and have a long term goal to reach 34 weeks! Anyways, I look forward to connecting!

Did you have a preventative cerclage put in because of the previous premature birth?

Thank you @PlainJane8350! @bear_1dr I did not... I think it had to do with my previous PTL being unexplained. Not sure.... Instead just the progesterone. With my first I went into labor at 28 made it to 34, the goal is to make it to 34 again... Hoping I get that lucky!!!!
