How's everyone feeling today?
I'm 13 weeks today and super excited for my first ever ultrasound! But sleep is starting to become more difficult. I'm just uncomfortable, my brain doesn't stop and I wake up so many times in the night.

Re: Daily Symptoms, Questions and Concerns Check In - July 16
Also @nickicb7 I think it might be helpful to reduce some of the repeat symptom posts that tend to clutter the board up, if you were to include in the title "symptoms, questions, concerns go here" or something to that effect. Just an idea
Have fun at your ultrasound!! Do you think they're going to try to find the sex today? Even if they don't it'll be great for you to see the little one!
Thanks I'm excited to see baby, I don't think we are going to find out the sex, or at least we haven't decided yet so I don't think we will ask this time around!

@nickicb7 - 1st ultrasounds are so exciting!
@StephPegasus and @ccoleeman - had this w/DS and now too. I found it varied in intensity/duration. Papaya tablets did help settle things down. I found it most helpful to take 1, 15-20 minutes prior to eating. If really bad, I'd take a tablet after eating too. You can get the tablets at health food stores/WF.
I hope the CVS goes well, keep us posted!
Drinking peppermint tea has seemed to help a little and small meals too.
I just have to eat a million small meals because I'm always starving lol
Random: can I change my avatar from my phone or do I need to get on a computer?
I hope you girls get better from the stomach soon!
Walking regularly helped, but if I sat or stood for too long it hurt. Sitting on a big exercise ball helped too. The worst of it I could only get rid of with a hot bath followed by cold compresses.
I have been having tons of headaches and I am taking propranolol for prophylaxis but it doesn't seem to be working and since it is a class c medication I don't think the benefits are outweighing the risks. So I am going to talk to my OB next week about stopping it. Is anyone taking any other kind of prophylaxis for headaches?
I think of pregnancy as really just your whole body practicing and preparing to have the baby so I guess that's why things happen the entire time, like the milk leaking and the contractions.
Reassurance please! Is regular Tylenol okay to take??
My only issue is that I'm a server and walk constantly 3-9 hours during my shifts
