Hi I'm 36weeks, and find it really uncomfortable and painful when baby moves and stretches it's always on the same side (right side). Has anyone else experienced this? Could it be he's size or he's position. Thanks >-
Oh yes, I've felt your pain! I'm not there yet in this pregnancy, but with both my son and daughter, I got to a point where it could be quite painful. I can recall a few times, sitting on the couch, and yelling out in pain from a kick or bulge to the ribs. I'm certain it's just how they're situated and the fact that they're basically out of room. I always feel it on my right side too, as that always where my babes have liked to hang out.
I'm right there with you! Remember in the beginning and baby's movements were a gentle fluttering? LOL not anymore! Baby is getting bigger and stronger (both good things) and it's getting to be tight quarters in there.
My baby is head down so his feet are kicking me in the ribs usually on the left side (over and over and over again). He moves so quickly and hard that it startles me! Oh and don't get me started on the lightening crouch! I scare my husband because I yelp out in pain and surprise. I just have to keep reminding myself that it's temporary and so worth it in the end!
