BFP #1 7/21/2013--EDD 3/30/14--D&C 9/24/13
BFP #2 1/28/14--MC 2/7/14
IUI #1 5mg Femara + trigger = BFN
IUI #2 5mg Femara + trigger = BFN
IUI #3 5mg Femara + trigger = BFN
IVF #1, Stimmed for 12 days, ER 8/22/14, 9 retrieved, 7M, 7F!!  Freeze all due to fluid in uterus.
FET end of October 2014 cancelled due to fluid in uterus due to possible c-scar defect
Surgery scheduled 12/12/14 to fix possible isthmocele
3/26/15 transferred one 8 cell grade 4 embryo and one 6 cell grade 3 embryo = slow rising betas for 2+ weeks = ectopic MTX shot 4/29/15
Repeat c-scar surgery June 2015
2nd and last IVF cycle August 2015, stimmed for 12 days, 2 egg retrieved, both mature and both fertilized.  Transferred both 8-cell embryos on Day 3, beta 9/5/15 = BFFN
MOVING TO ADOPTION!

    1)  I worked out 4 times last week including 2 "long" runs (for me).  I'm re-using my couch-5K app and last week was one 20 min and one 22 min run and I made it through both!

    2)  I'm still being naughty with my wine and bad food intake!  Summer is so tough!

    3)  Keep up with my exercise and try to be good!

    Thanks for posting!  And yay for getting back into exercising @Frenchteachermama!

    1) Something you are proud of: Getting out on the beach in my bikini this past weekend even though I'm bloated and have needle pricks all over my belly right now.

    2)  Something you need to work on: Making better food choices.

    3)  The plan: Continue to track through My Fitness Pal and hopefully drop the bloat from this round of IVF before I'm on the beach again in a week an a half!

    @frenchteachermama  great work getting back to workouts!!  Starting up again was the hardest part for me, and now they are just like part of my day.  I still hate going at first, but once I am done I am always so glad I did!
    @ellebelle2384  Rock that bikini girl!!!

    1.  Something I am proud of:  I am proud that I am now down 43 lbs and am finally back to a healthy BMI, which is how I normally am.  I FINALLY have lost the 15 lbs of fertility med weight, and 26 of pregnancy weight.  I have another 5 lbs to go to be back to where I have historically hovered around my whole life.   I will probably just keep going for vanity sake until my IVF cycle begins and then I want to make sure I am getting enough nourishment to make good quality eggs.

    2.  Something I need to work on:  I need to work on not loving beer so much on hot weekends, but I don't really see that happening.....

    3.  The Plan:  Keep doing what I have been doing since January when I stopped pumping and started losing..... use My Fitness Pal to track calories and make sure those calories are low carb healthy choices (No bread, rice, pasta, sugar, etc), go to the gym 4-5 times a week for 30-45 min, and have 1-2 splurge meals on the weekend and only drink on weekends.

    IUI #6 -Follitism IUI cycle converted to IVF and back to IUI-4 mature, 3 maybe mature = BFP!!   DS Born 9/2014
    TTC#2 
    IVF #1 9/15 Antagonist- 19 R 1F (Frozen day 1 @ 2PN stage) Diagnosed with SER aggregates in 13/19 eggs after failed fertilization
    IVF #2 11/15 Antagonist w/ICSI  (Higher stims & Letrosole added last minute on stim day 7)- 39R, 24M (20/24 SER free), 15F (14/15 SER free & all frozen @ 2PN stage) 
    FET#1 Cultured all 16- 2pn embryos to day 5- transferred 1 good hatching blast and 1 early blast on 1/28- None to freeze - beta 2/5

    I should be flamingemu on MFP too. Though, I haven't logged in in a while. 

    I have been eating and drinking like a normal person this week. Packed my breakfast and lunch all 3 days. I decided to hold off on 21day fix until next week since my birthday is tomorrow and we are going away for the weekend. I wanted to not undo everything by eating and drinking. That said, we are eating in for breakfast and dinner every day so I should be able to keep myself in check. Then I will start the fix next week. It is time to start losing weight again instead of just holding onto all of this.

    @Flamingemu HAPPY BIRTHDAY!  I think it's important to take some time to overindulge because then you'll be totally ready for your 21 day fix!!!

    1. Sticking with the 21 Day Fix and getting all the workouts in despite DH being away this week!

    2. The choices I make when we eat out and Booze while being out.

    3. Keep doing the fix! I've already noticed clothes fitting me better and that feels fantastic!

    July 15-Check to see if Ute is all healed

    1) Something you are proud of - I have really watched my diet this week.  Lots of salads and feel better because of it. It's amazing how much of my bloat goes away without carbs and crap.

    2)  Something you need to work on - I did terrible working out this week. I had family in town and didn't do my workouts

    3)  The plan - next week I am going to do my 21 day fix workouts again and try to continue this eating healthy kick. Seems to always be one or the other with me. Time to eat healthy and exercise
