2 month shots and fever? Tylenol?

I apologize if somebody already talked about this but I didn't see it anywhere. My LO got his 2 month shots today and he was super fussy earlier way more than normal and a low grade fever. I gave him some Tylenol. It's been about 5 hours and the fever is back but he doesn't seem to be in pain. He's sleeping on my chest at the moment but feels like a heater. I was just wondering if you guys think it would be ok to give him Tylenol again.

My LO never got a fever after her shots but I gave her one dose before getting them and two after just in case and she was fine so I would say go ahead, a little more won't hurt him especially if he has a fever

Yes, you can give it every 4 hours using the proper dosage for his weight. Mine just got his Monday.

Yes, I gave 3 doses after. 4 hours apart. Hope he feels better soon!
