I was planning on salmon and mashed potatoes. Made some pancit as a snack and for lunches the rest of the week, and my stomach is so uncomfortable I don't feel like making dinner now. Ugh, I hate this feeling. Must. Learn. Limits!
Well I ate healthy all day and had a healthy chicken dinner planned and then saw a commercial for Taco Bell and immediately had to have a Mexican pizza so right now DH is picking me up a Mexican pizza. Love that man!
Been sick all day. But KFC mashed potatoes always make me feel better, with mac & cheese & tenders & their new fig sauce. Let's hope it tastes as good as it sounds.
Steak, salad, Texas toast, and homemade blueberry sweet cream ice cream. MS has finally started to subside and I'm enjoying being back in the kitchen again! I love cooking and baking, until I'm nauseated and then I want nothing to do with it.
My go to meal lately is Mexican (usually fajitas with Mexican rice and refried beans)....yummmm. I'm trying to broaden what I eat lately, but can't seem to stomach anything else, oh well
DH doesn't know it yet, but we're going to this Belgium sausage (read: hot dog) place down the street for dinner because I can't stop thinking about their fries and vegetarian smoked apple sausage. It's going to give me mad heartburn and probably some nausea too when I overeat, but I feel like it will be worth it.
I will say I'm not sure where some of you ladies get your energy to cook. I like cooking. We had 8 minute homemade pizza (premade crust with pasta sauce and cheese) and broccoli.
I made pasta sauce in the crockpot which we had with spaghetti and garlic bread. It was so good! Also my hubby brought me a slurpee, which has been a big craving lately.
