so I know it's not recommend that you use baby powder during diaper changes so I've been using a diaper cream by burts bees instead but wondering what else is there?!
You could try Earth Mama Angel Baby Angel Baby Bottom Balm. I use it on my LO and it really agrees with her. It's all natural and protects against diaper rash as well as yeast infections:) hope this helps!
I love Sudocreme. I was a nanny before I had my baby and it's what they used and I know it really works. I have seen it clear up a diaper rash fast. I use a little bit at pretty much every diaper change as a preventative measure and I use lots if the area is starting to look pink or red or at bedtime.

Corn Starch and not wiping at every diaper change. It is not necessary to wipe with those wipes when the diaper was just pee, save those wipes for the number 2's. Remember diaper rashes love to grow in wet diapers, so change often and gently rub some corn starch on the area. It works wonders. Mother of 3; six years, two n half years, and three months.
I use Vaseline for each diaper change as a preventative measure. Rub just a dab as a light smear in the creases. My 4 yr old and 3 m old never had a rash.
I was told baby power was ok as long as u dnt use every time, and put it in the diaper not shaking it right onto baby ...More of the concern was the dust!....keeping it outta the air so it doesn't get inhaled by shaking!?!....He hasn't had any issues with the few times I have used .. I have also done the vasoline at the bedtime diaper ... A little more protection while he sleeps in a wet diaper! Cornstarch is another great one.. And for more of a paste u can mix it with the vasoline ! @alvarez7285
My pediatrician said baby powder was ok as well. Even go help clear up a neck rash from drooling. Best practice is to put on your hands and then rub on the area of the baby. Also to avoid any loose dust.
