Stress contractions

I'm 18 w 4 days along. We are having major issues with our home that we've been dealing with for nearly a month. I've been getting so stressed out, and when I do I feel like I get cramps, or contractions. Just wondering how bad this is or if anyone else has been experiencing stuff like this.
When it happens I lay down or nap. Also my appetite goes away...just not good

    When I work all day, I have contractions that night. (and periodically throughout the day) This is baby 4 and they started that way with #2. Sometimes they are even consistently 10 minutes apart. The doctor has never been excited/worried about them- considered them Braxton Hicks because then never progressed. But if you're concerned you should ask your doc.
