Is this normal?

So my belly is really sore like right under my boobs all the way almost to my belly button. I am 27 weeks today. I did have 1 real contraction on friday due to being dehydrated. Didn't have anymore after and my dr is aware. I have had BH contractions since week 20. Could this be why my belly is sore?

    I would tell your doc what's going on . Better safe then sorry . I've had little contractions here and there && I'm 27 weeks but nothing to make my stomach sore for extended periods of time .
