Normal or not?

I haven't posted in a while, but the last couple of weeks I have been having an on and off pain on what I think to be my cervix.  I don't think I have ever had pain in that area (FTM), but its not my vagina and its definitely on the inside.  It is kind of like a pinching/pulsing/stinging.  It feels like it gets really tight sometimes.  I also have already experienced the Braxton Hicks/tightening of the uterus, and its not that.  Then today I have had a dramatic increase in vaginal discharge and I am getting concerned.  Normal or should I call the midwife?

    I would go and see your doctor. Don't want you to worry but sometimes it can be a sign of miscarriage I think. Just get it checked out

    Don't want to worry me...?! Geesh, I am almost 28 weeks and that would be terrible.  She is still moving around like crazy right now so I don't think that's it. But now I am terrified so I will call right now!

    You could have an infection. Id call the midwife. I get pains in my cervix but there's no increase in discharge. It could totally be nothing. Brax.hicks should be getting more pronounced but changes in vaginal fluid should always be assessed.

    Yes! Just a psa: now I have sharp pains in my belly area too. Feels like lightening crotch but in my stomach. I got checked out. Baby is breech and getting comfy.
