Hi guys! I've been lurking around but I figured I might as well introduce myself. I had a d&c May 1st at 8 weeks pregnant. Still waiting to get AF so we can start trying again...that's the most frustrating part! I set up an appointment with my doctor for August since August 1st will be 3 months since my d&c. Anyways, good luck to everyone here!

    Welcome to the board and sorry you have to be here.  Have you tried to get a sooner appointment, maybe they can jumpstart your period?

    Thank you. And they said that they don't get concerned until 3 months post d&c so that's the soonest I can get in. I'm hoping I just get my period before then and can cancel the appointment!

    @okay52786 I went to see a therapist after my MMC and she said something that may help you.  I too was waiting for AF to come and then had a really long (in my mind) first cycle and just wanted to be pregnant again.

    She said that although I felt like I was ready to be pregnant again and get pregnant again, maybe my body didn't feel like it was quite ready yet and it was resetting its system for next time.  I hope that helps, hang in there my thoughts are with you.
