symptoms that come & go

Wondering if anyone else out there is having symptoms that come & go ?
I'm 6.5 weeks with first bub after two miscarriages . my breasts are really sore & huge , but apart from that I had really bad tiredness a couple of weeks ago but that has eased & I've only thrown up twice & that has been whilst brushing my teeth which I gag really bad with everyday & nausea that comes & go's . just wondering if this is normal as Im really worried not due for an ultrasound for another week , any help would be appreciated :-S

    I've had the exact same thing! Nausea that comes and goes (no actual vomiting yet though), tiredness, sore boobs, and cramping....but rarely all on the same day. It's like different symptoms occur on different days. Nothing to worry about though from what I hear. Everyone's body is different and the hormones that cause the symptoms surge and wane in our bodies from day to day. Don't worry too much about it and enjoy the fact that you aren't super sick all day every day at this point!
