No heartbeat should i be worried?

So According to my last ultrasound which was tuesday of last week im 6 weeks 1 day and my doctor said no heartbeat. He gave me a week to see if those result has changed.And im very nervous.
Should i be worried or is it still to early to detect a heartbeat. (This is my first pregnancy)

It could be too early... My doctors office won't see you until 8 weeks. Try not to stress out about it (I know, easier said than done).

With my last pregnancy, I didn't have a Hb at 6 weeks. It's pretty common.

I had my first ultrasound at 6w0d and there was no heartbeat yet. Went back at 7w3d and his/her little heart was beating away.

The heart starts beating during the 6th weeks, so it is absolutely possibly that it just hasn't started yet.

I had an US at 6 weeks and the doctor could hardly see anything (just a gestational sac/yolk sac). One week later we could see the heartbeat. Fingers crossed for good news next US!

I wouldn't be worried yet. I went during my 6th week and it was too early. I went back 4 days later and there was one. It's crazy what only a few days can mean

Hi Everybody i came out of my appt with very sad news my baby has stopped growing at 6 weeks so the doctor said i have to go threw a loss sometime this week perhaps surgically.Its very hard news to take and im trying to stay strong cuz this news is definitely not easy
