Overnight diaper suggestion

My daughter is a little over two years old. She is a stomach sleeper and tends to pee a lot during the night. It seems like she wakes up every morning with pee coming out the top of the her diaper on her stomach. Any suggestions for a really good overnight diaper that has extra protection in the front?

Re: Overnight diaper suggestion

  • I've always liked Huggies Overnights in one size larger than my kids wear.

  • My son is a stomach sleeper, too. We use Target brand and have never had an issue!
  • We use a generic brand right now one size bigger than my son's regular diapers. But we used huggies overnights for awhile and made sure the front of the diaper was pulled up over my son's belly button.  You can always add a diaper booster pad or regular women's pad if its still an issue.  We used to use these vinyl pants in a large size over the diaper which helped contain the leak and keep his jammies dry.
  • We still have this problem occasionally even with our boys who are daytime potty trained and pee in the toilet before bed. It's crazy, I don't know how they pee so much at night. The older one moved to Underjams and even those have leaked a couple of times. The younger one (3 next month) is in size 6 Pampers Extra Dry. I don't have dreams for them staying dry overnight any time soon. The cards are stacked against them genetically. Both their parents had issues!  ;-P

Since even Pampers leak at night sometimes, maybe I will try Target brand! I need to save some money.
