Heavy feeling in uterus

Im 9 weeks and experiencing heaviness in my pelvis kind of feels like it's full of blood or something. No bleeding though. Was wondering what's normal? Comes and goes but has been with me all day. I am terrified of miscarriage. Hope this is normal thanks all.

I think I know the feeling you're explaining. I think it's my uterus growing and stretching- at least that's how I make myself think about!

Try thinking of it as growing- stop thinking about it as a uterus full of blood! Happy thoughts until your next doctor appointment!

I'm sorry, but...huh? Your uterus feels like it's full of blood? What does that... feel like? I don't understand. You need to call your doctor if you're concerned, we don't have magical ute goggles to look into your body and see what's inside.

Sorry about that. I meant like a period coming along but yes just feeling heavy or expanding. I will contact my doctor. Thanks for the replies though

Try not to worry. Unless you have bleeding I don't think you have anything to worry about.

I definitely feel the heavy uterus now. It would come and go before but it's a constant.

I've got tons of pressure all the time but I've got twins and have had two subchorionic hematomas. Maybe you've got something extra going on in there too?
