hings you can do to induce a natural miscarriage?

hi everyone,
Sadly im experiencing my second mc this year.
I had a lot of complications and bleedings and i was said to prepare for an mc, so i did and i had.
At 8weeks yesterday the heartbeat was gone.
Now i want to wait for a natural mc like last time ( it took 4 days to come )
I dont have oxytocin..
Does anybody now tricks or something to get this thing started.
I really want it to be over!

    Im so sorry for your loss I too just experienced my 2nd mc this year. I dont know how to induce miscarriage naturally im sure online will have ideas but maybe try consulting your dr first you want to make sure you are safe. Again im very sorry for your loss best wishes
