Menstrual Cramps before contractions..did you have this?

in July 2015 Moms
 have had tons of lower back cramps and menstrual like cramps all day. Did anyone have this prior to contractions and/or labour? I tired a hot bath, having a nap and going for a walk and nothing is taking them away !! I'm 39+3 plus loss my plug 2 days ago. sorry if thats TMI!

    Yep that sounds about right for a symptom of early labour! Settle in, mama, this could be the beginning!

    My contractions started low in t pelvis like menstrual cramps and worked their way up into my stomach area.

    I've had cramping, lower back pain and irregular contractions since Friday...I'm hoping it means labor will start soon!

    Sounds positive but false labour is a torment- you only know for certain when those contractions start coming strong and fast x

    I had a doctors appointment today and I'm one cm ! I feel like I'm having all these cramps for nothing !! Sorry for the late reply I couldn't respond on the computer because of the text box issue!
