  Oh no, she's definitely spitting up. Forcefully. It came out of her nose this morning and she choked.

  Might be acid reflux if it's forceful and not always at a feeding

  That was my fear I plan on bringing it up to her pediatrician. It doesn't seem to bother her though.

  My LO started doing this too. She's already been diagnosed with acid reflux.

  @kt1244 Does she seem in pain when she spits up? I have been suspecting acid reflux with her but her ped said not to worry unless she seemed to be in pain so I don't know :-/

  My LO does this all of the time. She even does it while smiling. Dr said that she is s happy spitter since she's gaining weight and not in pain

  That is spit when they hit 6 weeks to 2 months there salvia gland grow. My LO does it all day like when I burp her now just spit comes up. I wouldn't worry like your doctor said
