Postpartum- belly band recommendation

Now that I am postpartum I wanted to update any mamas that were looking into belly bands. I have the Bellefit Corset and it's awesome! Here's a picture after one day of wearing it.

    What exactly do the belly bands do? I've heard people talk about them but I never know what they're really for lol!

    I use the one the hospital gave me. I think it's a combination of "waist training" and squeezing out the uterus so it shrinks faster.

    I've been using the BelleFit as well, and I've been very happy with the results so far! It's really tough to determine if it's actually doing anything, or if recovery this time is just better/easier, but I'll take it, either way!
