Extreme breast tenderness on the right only

I'm almost 20 weeks pregnant and experiencing extreme tenderness on the outer right breast only. I can barely touch it, it's so sensitive. Has anyone experienced this?

I would get random stabby pains in mine during the first trimester, & usually it was just in one or the other. I wouldn't call it extreme, though. It wouldn't hurt to run it past your OB if it's a constant ache. If it feels hot to the touch, there could possibly be an infection.

More than likely, though, it's just "growing pains".

I'm 13 weeks and also getting stab like pains from time to time throughout the day in one breast. Seems weird but I'm guessing it's normal?
