Worried sick

so im suppose to be 9 weeks pregnant with my second baby. This morning I had bleeding that looked like when my period would start but with no pain. I went to the er just to be told they wouldn't do an ultrasound and they checked my hcg. That came out really low for where I am in my pregnacy. They told me to go to my regular doc tomorrow to do another blood test. I'm very worried I've lost the baby. The bleeding has slowed way down. Has this kind of thing happened to anyone else? I'm not sure what a miscarriage feels like but I've read it's very painful cramps which I never had. Anyone, help!

With my first I had a SCH and it bleed like my period and I had no pain the doctor put me on pelvic rest for the first tri. I would call your doctor and have them see you. Sending T&P your way

  • T&p for you
  • When I had my miscarriage it began with just a little pink tinted discharge every time I wiped. Then red blood the next day and about a week later came clots. I never had pain until my body actually expelled the tissue.
I'm very surprised that they didn't give you an ultrasound. Definitely get in touch with your doctor. An ultrasound will give them a good idea of what is happening. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers and update us when you are able!
  • Thank you all. I am calling the doctor in the morning to see if I can get in. It's just scary to wait for tomorrow
  • Update: I didn't get to do an ultrasound AGAIN. I have to wait until Friday. But my hcg levels went down :( not sure what's happening.

Grr! Why won't anyone just give you an ultrasound already??? Friday seems so far away. :(

I'm sorry to hear this and I agree with PP, why can't someone just do an ultrasound already to ease your mind. Fx for you this week!
