  Congrats!!! I'm over her secretly wanting twins pretty much impossible since I have zero in my family! everyone thinks I'm crazy! We Will find out in a couple weeks!

  I carried 35+5 and my water broke spontaneously. I started getting pre eclampsia at the end. Delivery was hard but recovery wasn't that bad.
  
  Buy a double snap n go.
  Buy a table for two if you can afford it, or use two boppies/two bouncers for bottle feeding.
  Use a twin nursing pillow if you nurse, and know it is hard but doable. Have a LC meet you in the hospital after birth if possible.
  Learn to baby wear.
  Read SleepEasy and Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Twins s around 5/6 months.
  In the beginning take shifts with DH. You sleep from 6pm-midnight, then he sleeps midnight-6am.
  Buy a buggy bench for shopping.
  Try to be flexible and go with the flow
