  If you are going to order one from Amazon I would pick up a few large gel packs to freeze... I like to alternate (or choose based on the outside temperature)

  i have lower back pain as well at 6 weeks.however i always suffer from lower back every now and then. During my first scan i have been told i have tilted uterus and i took help of Mr google to see what does that mean, and it says its all good only thing is you will get lower back pain with that. i noticed when i go for a walk it gets better. so try walking, don't stay in one position for long and some hot water bottle. I got pregnancy pillow for better sleeping position. that helps too

  Start using your body pillow to sleep with - since you're not a first timer, things are already stretching out, including your hips.  You can also start going to a chiropractor.
