Why am I crying?

Let's play a game called "why am I crying". Hormones make stupid things water-works worthy. What has set your tears flowing lately? I know we'll have a lot more of these moments in the future.

I haven't been tearful at all this pregnancy. Tonight, my toddler head butted me in the eye in my sleep and out of the blue I cried like a baby. I have a potential job interview tomorrow, and I was worried about my eyes being swollen from crying... So I cried some more. All while thinking, "WTF is wrong with me??"

Last pregnancy, I remember crying off and on all day at work one day because I forgot my lunch. SMH.

So far - hunger made me cry 3x last week, all because I was hungry and couldn't find anything to eat. Um yeah.

We went hiking today with the youth group we lead, and even though I love hiking and do it very often, I couldn't keep up with them and felt so sick that I ended up turning around and heading back down the mountain halfway through. Then I just felt stupid and weak and I cried to DH as we trekked back down. The kids and other leaders don't know I'm pregnant, so I just looked out of shape and lame. And I felt stupid for slowing everyone down for so long before giving up.

We went to my BF's sister's graduation party on Saturday. We were there from like 1:30 to 9:30. I cried at the end of the night because I was tired and wanted to leave and he didn't.

The better question would be what am I NOT crying over? Good grief. Last night I was in bed BAWLING over Real Housewives of OC when Vicki found out that her mother died (anyone else watch?). I've also taken public crying to a new level.

I cried on and off the first week or so that I found out that I was pregnant but I havnt cried recently, though I am not sure why not. They pregnancy is still young, Its coming Im sure.

My sister cuts my hair and when she was styling it Friday she accidentally burned the back of my head with the curling iron. I started crying hysterically. It didn't even hurt that bad. I felt even worse because she felt so bad for burning me. Luckily, she understands.

Other than that, I havent cried much at all!

I almost cried when DH came out of the bakery with a whole cake instead of a slice, because I wanted to eat it in the car and I couldn't dig into a whole cake. Then, he made a face when I asked if we could stop at chipotle, and I started crying. I was starving! And crazy. :sigh:

Everything! Looking at my son makes me cry. I have serious mommy guilt about LO #2 and that makes me cry. Watching that stupid insurance commercial where that kid is acting like an adult, gets stuck in traffic, has a road rage moment, the bottom of his grocery bag falls out.... Why that makes me cry I have no idea, I never had a problem with it before.

When I was driving to work on day last week I started tearing up over Meghan Trainor's "All About That Bass"

Don't ask me why because I couldn't tell you. This was really the only hormone-induced tears I've experienced but it is freaking weird

I've only cried because of sad shows and then yesterday when dh seemed to be getting grumpy with dd because I couldn't be there constantly to help with her neediness and he had to... I feel bad all the time for her because I feel like crap.

She's really not that needy she's just a toddler but he's used to me responding and predicting her needs so him having to try to do everything even though she wanted me was getting to him a little.

He did empty my bucket every time like a lovely husband though... So I wasn't mad at him just upset with myself

Dog food commercials.. But when I was watching Ghost Whisperer with my SIL she said I wasn't human because I wasn't crying.. Not sure how that works, but I don't understand how I would cry at that show..

I have been back to my husband's hometown and with my in laws for the last 4 weekends and we have to go back again this weekend. The last two Sunday trips home I cried when we got it the car. My husband asked why I was crying and I said that I just wanted to go home. My in laws are awesome, but 5 weekends in a row is too much!! This weekend we are going back for my husband's slow pitch team to play in a tournament. They play Friday and if they lose then we are going home! If they win then we are staying the whole weekend and they play again Sunday...I am really hoping they lose!!!! I feel bad because my in laws didn't do anything wrong, but I can't help crying and just wanting to go home.

...because I'm pregnant? Traffic lights, songs, dinner, pictures, babies. Just tears. It's really inconvenient during business meetings when I want to sob. So far so good (knock on wood).

Last night watching an organ donor commercial with a dog in it. Today, hysterical because I realized I don't/can't sit in a moving truck for a 20 hour drive in 2 weeks. Then I cried more because hubby called my father to help with the drive, in which I felt betrayed and backstabbed. Ugh.

I wanted ONE chocolate covered donut this morning so we stopped at this gas station/donut shop. DH came out with FOUR egg, cheese, bean & chorizo burritos. He has never in my life even seen me eat a breakfast burrito. I was like "Do you even know me?!?!"and cried. He offered to stop but I was so over it. I do not like breakfast burritos. Gaaaaah

All tv shows, doesn't even matter the topic it seems. Lol. Last night DH asked me to put away groceries and I didn't hear him the first time and he asked me again in a not as pleasant voice and I just balled. Ugh. Emotions.

This made me upset for you. I love me some donuts and would probably be the same way if I got burritos instead. My DH knows to get exactly what I ask for or nothing at all!

Cried over un ripe avocados, grilled cheese not cooked perfectly, beef broth in a rice mix I wanted to make, cried because I am starving from wake up to fall asleep, cried because I was worried about the stress on my boyfriend from all the crying. Some pretty healthy hormones over here. Ughhhhhhhhhh

I don't cry usually. Not even when I'm pregnant. DH thought I was stone cold at the end of American Sniper. But I cried today when I realized my DS starts Kindergarten next month. Time goes by way too fast!

I never cry. Unless I'm in a big fight with DH or nauseous. I have a phobia of being nauseous and luckily, I've not had it that bad. But when I watched the movie 7 Pounds the other night, tears were streaming down my face. I never cry in movies. Maybe pregnancy just made me more normal though

Crying has been my most prominent symptom thus far in my pregnancy . my most bizarre cry session was this morning: I cried because I was tired when I woke up. I knew it made zero sense while it was happening but couldn't stop my self.

Because in Gilmore girls Dean just broke up with Rory and she finally cried to her mom. So I cried too.
