I know people have been missing The daily symptoms / feelings check in for the last week or so. I don't want to be pushy but do we want to start doing it again?
I think we are all hoping she is on vacation. She is in many T&P.
I am 12w4d. Starting to get my energy back. Except for the last week I cannot wake up in the morning, thank goodness I'm on summer vacation. I'm hoping to try to get back to the gym this afternoon.
I've noticed that I feel the worst the day after working, especially an open-close like last night. I get headaches about 4 days out of the week now, but I guess it beats throwing up 3+ times/day.
Yes let's keep doing these! 12 w 5 d, almost feeling like myself again. Main symptom now is a couple food aversions/occasional nausea and fatigue. I'm finding I can get thru more days nap-free, but I end up passing out early and sleeping late the next day. Mostly excited that I'm finding the energy to work out again- but also totally surprised how weak I've gotten! Note to anyone trying to get back in that routine...take it easy. 30 mins of cardio/walking and a few light weights or body weight exercises. I used to be able to go a few weeks without working out and jump back in pretty easily but I overestimated yesterday.

Good tips! Im headed back today, I know I used to be able to jump pretty much right back into a 5km after a few weeks to a month off, and I know thats not happening. I don't know how Im going to go about my weight routine. Gonna try and just do one or two light reps for each muscle group. I was also told recently doing lots of squats helps prevent the likely hood of tearing or having an episiotomy.
I'm 14w6d and going to an appointment this morning. Nothing crazy, just the monthly, "how are you feeling," "pee on this stick," "let's check for heartbeat" kind of appointment. I'm actually VERY nervous though, because even though I had a great appointment and ultrasound last month and things have been progressing as they should, I haven't been seen in 5 weeks and am so nervous that something could have happened over the last few weeks. I know I'm "in the clear" now for risk of early miscarriage, but I've had two earlier this year (one at 8 wks, one at 11) and its been in the back of my mind that I could have another around 11-13 weeks. Once I hear the heartbeat again I'm going to feel so much better. I have my mom and husband going with me just in case! Wish us luck!!
13w1d. I haven't had an appointment since my 7w4d appt. and I don't go back until the 22nd. It would have been sooner but my husband is out of town. So, Im just sitting here like >.> I hope everything is fine! I'm sure it is though. But waiting! GAH! My symptoms are so much better these days. However, I feel light headed more often now.
11w3d and my biggest thing is headaches and fatigue. Saturday I went out with friends and got little sleep and I paid for it by feeling like crap all Sunday. Apparently I need 11 hrs sleep to function when pregnant, so when work starts up again in September I'm going to have to find a way to go to sleep super early I guess...
I'm 11w2d, MS is all but gone. Still having some aversions but usually can force myself to eat whatever I need to. I was having some SI joint pain, but I pushed myself through a my first workout in weeks and it seems to have gone away! I also figured out that the extra B-vitamin complex that I was taking on top of my prenatal was causing a lot of my nausea and have been feeling 100% better since I stopped taking it. Still tired/fatigued, and this heat lately in Alberta is not helping with getting restful sleep. Luckily I have been on vacation for the past week!
15+2. Still have that lingering nausea/ food aversion feeling. I can't eat very much because then I feel sick still. I have a feeling it will be like this the whole pregnancy. My body is always constantly so sore. Especially my back. It hurts sooooo bad all the time. Hurts to bend down, hurts to stand back up, hurts to touch it in a certain spot. I'm gonna ask my dr about that at my appointment next week.
Other than those symptoms which make me feel like I have the flu, I feel normal. Not even pregnant. I feel like I'm not showing enough to be able to find out the gender on Friday. I'll be 16 weeks on Saturday. I feel like I have a bump, but it feels flabby when I touch it. It's not firm anywhere yet. I have no idea where my uterus is lol. Oh well lol.
Ps: my uterus sometimes feels like it weighs 15 lbs. ouch
My fatigue is getting better. But the main symptom that I'm still dealing with is nausea. And I get it if I don't eat soon enough AND after eating. So pretty much all the time. I'm 12 weeks and hopeful that it goes away soon. With my first I didn't have any nausea.
12w4d today and other than occasional tiredness I feel mostly good. I cut up chicken for dinner and it really disgusted me...so I just snacked on crackers & cheese while my family ate chicken & dumplings. I have a feeling this baby growing inside me is a strong one bc I didn't have as many symptoms with my first!
12w2d and I have much more energy. I have been really hungry, had a headache just about every day, some restless leg issues, some dizziness, and insomnia. My boobs hurt a little less and seem to have stopped expanding. The bloating is slowly getting better. I'm hoping it will go away completely soon so I can tell when the real bump pops!
14w 4d and feeling good most days. The biggest problem I have are headaches. They seem to be less frequent recently than the last couple of weeks. I also get pretty nauseous if I wait to long between meals.
12w1d and I am finding that I can sleep until all hours of the day! I am not groggy in the mornings like I used to be, but I nap almost every day for at least an hour. I have energy throughout the day and find that I mostly get sleepy/restless when I get home from work and am just sitting around, watching TV or surfing the internet. I teach summer school and work half days from 8-12:15. Even after working out at the gym today, I didn't quite get that energy burst I was hoping for. A little bit of food aversion still and the occasional headache.
12w4d, feeling less bloated, still pretty tired, more interested in eating but totally not interested in prepping meals, finding it hard to focus (at grocery store, for example), dizzy off and on. Feeling happy that the 2nd tri is almost here!
Re: Daily Check In - July 13
I am 14w5d and most symptoms have decreased markedly. Only slight food aversions and some exhaustion.
I have an appointment today so all can be checked on again. Happy Monday!
