i work 7 days a week and I'm all about my flip flops, but I'm on my feet all the time. I have really flat feet and need to get some really good supportive shoes. What shoes are you all about ladies?
If you want work type shoes, I like the Dr. Scholl's flats (some look frumpy, but some are really cute). For flats, they have a really good amount of arch support. Also, Rainbow flip flops have an arch and are usually ok for me to wear all day.

Naturalizer also makes super supportive shoes. If you have a DSW near you, I've had good luck finding those and the Dr Scholls brand mentioned above. They have surprisingly cute flats.
I got some nike cushioned comfort footbed flip flops from DSW. They are so comfortable.
Was just going to say if you like flip flops I got the Nike ones that have the memory foam from kohls and they are soooo comfy. I wear them on long walks with dogs, yard work etc.
I worked retail for 12 years and was on my feet all day, sometimes for 12+ hours. My favorite work shoes were always Clarks.
Also, since I have wide feet to begin with, I liked Clarks because they don't run particularly narrow. If you've got medium feet, they'll give you room to swell!
I've spent so long searching! When my feet swell they are too wide for any Naturalizer, Sofft or Born that I was looking for. Birkenstocks have been the only success for me.
I would say any skechers works great, my favorite shoes are Go Walks! I was on my fee all day when I was pregnant with my daughter and they are the best shoes ever (still wear them).
I agree, I have wide feet and Birkenstocks have been my savior. I just slip them on and off, no need to struggled to buckle anything. The only bummer is that its been raining a lot over here and Birks are NOT good in the rain. I where flip flops on my commute in the rain then change into my birks when I get to work.
Rainbow flip flops have been life changing for me while pregnant. They are expensive ($55 ish) and take about a week to wear in but once you do - it's sooooo worth it!! Feels like I am walking on pillows!!! I would wear them 24/7 if I didn't have a business casual job!
I just bought these shoes because my feet keep swelling and these were the only ones that would stretch with the swelling and let my feet breath. They are Keen's Uneek and have different colors. They are a little more spendy, $100, but are worth every penny because you can throw them in the washer if need be (just don't throw them in the dryer).
I second Born, and recommend DSW to get them at a good price. They are always my go to for a well made and good looking day wear appropriate shoe that still provides the best support I've been able to find. They last forever. I had have a pair of 3-4" heel sandals (I'm generally a flats or kitten heel girl) for about 5 years and they are still one of the most comfortable pairs of shoes I own.
Crocs make a ballet flat and they are like walking on a cloud. I bought them for our Disney trip recently and my feet never once got sore! They are very cushioned, breathable and allow for swelling

I have a pair of naturalizers that I ADORE. They're incredibly comfortable + really cute, IMO.
