  Hmmm. If they are common brands (fisher price, arm and hammer, skip hop etc) you could try taking them to any big store (target, babies r us, buybuybaby) and there is a decent chance they'll give you store credit if they stock that item.

  Buy buy baby will take 20% off without a receipt so I would go there as a last resort.

  Also babies r us if you can added it to your registry and mark as bought. They will take it back automatically!

  I rand into the same problem after my shower. I downloaded the free app, Quick Scan on my iPhone and then scanned the barcode. It told me what store the items came from.

  You may use all 4. They are great for toys, clean clothes, dirty clothes, closet storage...
