Got mine last Friday at 6 weeks 5 days postpartum and were EBF .. I haven't had a break from pads yet and I'm too afraid to try tampons. I feel like I was lied to about periods!!

Yes! I got mine 4 or 5 weeks after delivering and in EBF! So annoying!

I didnt even start birth control pills yet so thats not it

So not fair. Last time i didnt get it until bsby was almost a year old!

I did at 8 weeks, also ebf. My doctor said it couldn't be an ovulatory event since I'm exclusively breast feeding. He just said it can be completely normal in the first couple of months to bleed after delivery. Not all that happy about it though.

My doctor told me i could get my period a month after delivery or a year after it depends on your body and every delivery is different i'm 9 weeks and no period yet just a lot of nightmares about being pregnant again lol i'm hoping to go at least 6 months though

I am 6 weeks postpartum and haven't stopped bleeding since delivery and am also EBF. I envy you ladies! At least then I'd know that my bleeding would stop in a week. lol

EBF, 7 weeks post partum and started my period yesterday. I am so annoyed. Bleeding through a Super tampon every hour... My doctor isn't concerned but this does not feel normal to me!!

I'm pretty sure mine started...I bled until 4w, stopped for a day, then bled til 7w and stopped for nearly 2 weeks so...this may just be a period I'm on but without the moodiness or cramps. Or I'm just forever in pp bleeding..

Hmm I still haven't had mine and have been exclusively formula feeding since week 3. She's 7 weeks now.

I haven't started mine either, almost 10 weeks PP and FF since 4 weeks.. I keep having thoughts of pregnancy too, but I honestly don't think I am.. Or I hope I'm not!

I can't figure out if I start my period yet, but it felt like it did, but my bleeding had stopped or decreased for a couple of days, then what appeared to be my period started and it got heavier and then subsidied. Now I'm pretty much spotting everyday and it's going on about 3 weeks since I thought I had my period. So don't know if this is PP bleeding or not. I also started taking the mini bills when I noticed my so called period.

I stopped bleeding at 2 weeks and then at 5 weeks I bled again for several days so I thought it was my period. I asked my dr at 6 weeks pp appointment and he said he didn't think it was my period unless I was bleeding enough to go through tampon and pad changes and well I was so I assumed it was a period. Anyways yesterday I started to bleed a little again which is 15 days later. Very odd... I'm ebf and not taking any birth control.
