July 2015 Moms

So Sore

anyone else waking up in the middle of the night or morning literally feeling like they've been hit by a Mac truck!? Not to mention my shoulders and upper back hurt from side sleeping and for some unknown reason I'm super congested making an already difficult breathing task even harder.
And I've been feeling nauseous again lately. I'm trying to enjoy and appreciate these last few weeks but it's getting tough to do so!

Re: So Sore

  • Totally agreed... except it's my hips. I wake up with pain from SPD so bad that I can't even roll over to my other side. Just one more week of this hell!!

  • Yes! I think the urge to puke is actually worse than the pain though.
  • You described how I feel exactly. Uncomfortable sleepless night due to thigh pain and heartburn and nasal congestion (hayfever? I dunno) then during the day Ive started to feel off. Slightly nauseous with upset stomach, it really is pants. 2 weeks more of this!

Yeah I feel kind achy when I first get up… Once I get moving I start to feel better. Also I absolutely cannot roll onto my right side for the life of me baby has feet always all stuck up in my right side. Has actually completely immobilized me a couple of times…I have to roll from my left side then on to all fours to climb out of bed
  • I wake up with hip pain from sleeping on my sides. It hurts to turn over in bed, I wake my hubby up with my moaning and groaning.
  • Ugh, yes I know the feeling. Mine is mostly pelvic muscles/bone shifting pain, a tearing feeling in my upper abdomen, and bad acid reflux. I'm so ready to be done (38 weeks and 2 days). My due date is July 23 and they will only let me go as far as July 30 but I'm still growing more and more impatient as these symptoms increase ....yet no real contractions.....I guess we're all in this boat and will have our beautiful babies soon :)
