I'm looking for the best place to get maternity clothes for plus size.. I know the main ones like destination maternity and motherhood, but does anyone know of one that is cheap.
I don't normally shop at Old Navy, but I love their maternity. And they're always having sales. My last pregnancy, I stocked up on Black Friday. Everything was 50% off, and I got Old Navy gift cards at Office Max earlier that day for 20% off, so everything ended up being 70% off! I also buy at target. They have great deals on cartwheel sometimes where you can get 1 clothing item for 40% off.
ETA: Sorry, I guess I didn't check to see if Target offers plus size maternity. I know Old Navy does, but target popped in my head and I typed it without checking:)
based on a simple google search it looks like old navy and JCP are your best bets. they have decently cute stuff at great prices!
Most jcp don't have the clothes in store you will have to order online.
Old navy you can actually try on, as well as target, motherhood, and department stores like Macy's. I believe Macy's even has those bumps you can use to see how it will look later
Walmart has super cheap clothes too- never gotten any but I think you also have to order them online
inomniaparatus I've used white house black market tunic (stretchy) dresses with leggings. I found the store (or outlet) usually has some that I can get in medium or large. Personally I hated Motherhood and Pea in the Pod. I'm not ready to wear those clothes (ever). I also really hated purchasing a whole wardrobe just for 9 months. I regretted that decision as I was miserable in what I had.
I bought a ton of used maternity clothing off of facebook buy and sell pages. They are fantastic! I bought a bag of clothing including a gap maternity winter coat for $40. 4 pairs of pants for $5. Such great prices.
@wisco29 If you read her question she is looking for plus size maternity which I do not believe any of the stores you listed carry in-store
Honey, bless your heart.
I basically said that you would have to order everything online. Also, have you read any other replies listing stores to try? Can't hurt to go and check out sections in all of the stores that might have something for her.
Pink blush has really cute plus size stuff! Keep an eye on zulily too because they have pink blush on there from time to time. I was in a motherhood today that had a small plus size section if you want to try stuff on. For me once I figure out my size in the store then I will do the rest of the shopping online because the selection is better.
@Erinka I was fortunate enough to be able to wear my non maternity blazers all last pg. I plan on doing the same this time around. I have found some very nice professional pants at both motherhood and old navy (their pixie pants are my favorite). Loft also has maternity online that is great for work.

Yes, I have read the other replies. You are definitely not the only one who didn't read OP's question, no worries!
